What you will do

• Implement and improve the environmental ESG program, ensuring alignment with current reporting standards.
• Manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventories and oversee validated Science Based Target initiative commitments.
• Coordinate qualitative and quantitative data reporting for external frameworks such as CDP, S&P CSA, ISS, and MSCI.
• Support the design and administration of environmental data collection processes and systems across the company.
• Provide technical sustainability expertise to internal teams for the development and testing of LCA-related tools.
• Develop sustainability narratives and internal communication to promote a culture of environmental awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in ESG, corporate sustainability, or environmental reporting, ideally in a global organization.
• Working knowledge of reporting frameworks including GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, and ESRS/CSRD.
• Solid understanding of environmental performance metrics and GHG emissions accounting.
• Strong analytical skills for translating large datasets into actionable insights.
• Must be based in Canada and operate within the Eastern time zone.
