Salary: $127,775 - $193,300 annually

What you will do

• Lead civil engineering design from conceptual planning through to detailed construction drawings.
• Serve as Engineer of Record, signing and sealing drawings, letters, and technical reports.
• Supervise and guide the preparation of complex design deliverables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and professional direction to Project Managers and technical staff.
• Support business development by leveraging existing client relationships and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Organizational Quality Management Program during quality control reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in port, industrial, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with EGBC or eligibility for immediate registration.
• Demonstrated experience acting as Engineer of Record on complex infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and relevant hydraulic or piping analysis software.
• Proven client management experience with established industry contacts.
