Salary: $57,190 - $79,400 annually

What you will do

• Prepare AutoCAD and Civil 3D designs, drawings, and technical design calculations.
• Perform and document quality control checks in accordance with the Organizational Quality Management Policy.
• Develop documentation for design folders and project reports.
• Calculate material design quantities and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Assist in the creation of project specifications and contract documents.
• Conduct on-site inspection duties.

Requirements

• Completed Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
• 0-1+ years of experience working with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Eligible to register as a Trainee Registrant with ASTTBC or as a Technician/Technologist-in Training (T.T.) with ASET within the first three months of employment.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Burnaby, BC office.
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle for site visits (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients.

• Previous hands-on experience specifically utilizing Civil 3D.
