What you will do

• Own the detailing of multi-domain solutions, focusing heavily on Data and AI using Microsoft Fabric and Foundry.
• Engage with C-suite and heads of services to discover business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Shape end-to-end solutions, ensuring appropriate business value, pricing, and risk profiles.
• Lead the development of proposals and statements of work, guiding them through approval and contracting workflows.
• Develop compelling industry points of view and value propositions to inform win strategies and USPs.
• Contribute to Communities of Practice to share transformation and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering transformational programmes, including managed services and outsourcing.
• Strong technical background and specific skills in Microsoft Data & AI (Fabric & Foundry).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale solutions using Microsoft or AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Must be based in the UK

Nice to have

• Architectural qualifications such as TOGAF or similar.
• ITIL certification.
• Cloud fundamental certifications (e.g., AZ-900, DP-900).
• Knowledge of Modern Workplace (Teams, Viva) and Security (Defender, SOC, SIEM).
