What you will do

• Define enterprise-wide AI transformation roadmaps and agentic automation strategies for C-suite leadership.
• Architect the transition from traditional interaction management to fully orchestrated AI-agentic workflows spanning front and back office.
• Lead cloud migration strategies from on-premises contact center environments to hirify.global CXone.
• Design and execute enterprise-scale change management programs focused on people, processes, and technology.
• Translate strategic goals into detailed execution plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Develop high-stakes business cases and executive-level materials to support board-level decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation strategy, or enterprise technology advisory.
• Proven track record of engaging and influencing at the C-suite level.
• Deep familiarity with contact center ecosystems (ACD routing, IVR/IVA, WFM, and omnichannel architecture).
• Experience leading cloud migrations or digital transformation in a CCaaS, UCaaS, or enterprise SaaS context.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Must be based in the USA

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global CXone or hirify.global Actimize.
• Working knowledge of LLM deployment, conversational AI, and NLU technologies.
• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Prosci CCP.
