What you will do

• Own functional delivery and execution as a Senior Consultant, acting as a trusted advisor for customers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs using Salesforce and Amazon platforms.
• Manage 3–4 concurrent managed services engagements, tracking budgets, timelines, and resource staffing.
• Define user personas, write and groom user stories, and decompose them into actionable tasks.
• Coach and mentor junior functional and technical team members.
• Partner with Delivery Owners to drive continuous improvement and ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience solving complex use cases.
• Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Significant experience in technical consulting, business process design, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in project management, discovery, and delivering solution options to clients.
• Experience with user story writing, estimation, sizing, and release planning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon products, specifically Amazon Connect.
• Additional certifications: AI Specialist, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning, or CPQ Specialist.
