What you will do
- Own functional delivery and execution as a Senior Consultant, acting as a trusted advisor for customers.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs using Salesforce and Amazon platforms.
- Manage 3–4 concurrent managed services engagements, tracking budgets, timelines, and resource staffing.
- Define user personas, write and groom user stories, and decompose them into actionable tasks.
- Coach and mentor junior functional and technical team members.
- Partner with Delivery Owners to drive continuous improvement and ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience solving complex use cases.
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Significant experience in technical consulting, business process design, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record in project management, discovery, and delivering solution options to clients.
- Experience with user story writing, estimation, sizing, and release planning.
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon products, specifically Amazon Connect.
- Additional certifications: AI Specialist, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning, or CPQ Specialist.
