What you will do
- Define and operationalize agentic AI use cases to drive tangible business outcomes and ROI.
- Develop business architecture, including capability models, value streams, and target state roadmaps.
- Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
- Lead executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of AI practice frameworks and industry thought leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
- Proven expertise in AI/LLM platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, or Azure.
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy, including Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and AI integration.
- Experience in business architecture and operating model design.
- Must be based in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario).
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for simplifying complex AI concepts for executives.
Nice to have
- Understanding of contact center technologies, business processes, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance in regulated environments.
