What you will do

• Define and operationalize agentic AI use cases to drive tangible business outcomes and ROI.
• Develop business architecture, including capability models, value streams, and target state roadmaps.
• Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
• Lead executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of AI practice frameworks and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
• Proven expertise in AI/LLM platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, or Azure.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy, including Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and AI integration.
• Experience in business architecture and operating model design.
• Must be based in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario).
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for simplifying complex AI concepts for executives.

Nice to have

• Understanding of contact center technologies, business processes, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance in regulated environments.
