Salary: $130K – $190K • Offers Equity

What you will do
- Develop proficiency in platform to translate functionality and value to customers.
- Work on-site with customers to drive platform adoption, ensure contractual delivery, and embed solutions into workflows.
- Provide guidance on aligning solutions with customer strategic goals and business imperatives.
- Serve as trusted commercial/technical advisor, handling change management and value reviews.
- Collaborate on business cases, ROI metrics, and expansion opportunities.
- Engage stakeholders, deliver training/workshops, and inform sales/deployment strategies.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted US working rights required; no visa sponsorship.
- Significant experience in enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management (ideally consulting).
- Familiarity with enterprise software platforms/deployments and software engineering/technical experience.
- Experience developing customer value/ROI frameworks tied to business priorities.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and external stakeholder skills.
- Proactive problem-solving; skilled in programming, data integration, macros, and software tools.
