What you will do

• Scope and plan custom advisory projects with go-to-market team and manager, using hirify.global data to address client pain points.
• Own post-sale delivery, translating insights into measurable impact and ongoing value.
• Convert client questions into data requirements, collaborate with data/technical teams for timely actionable outputs.
• Act as trusted client partner, leading engagements and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Manage multiple projects across industries in matrix organization.
• Identify expansion opportunities, assess feasibility, and contribute to emerging insights like AI-driven discovery.

Requirements

• Communicates fluently in English at a business level.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online consumer behaviour.
• Experience in client-facing roles or consulting, delivering insights to solve business problems.
• Analyse complex datasets and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities, commitment to quality and timelines.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; data rigour, QA, large datasets.
• Apply industry knowledge and trends for client value; proactive problem-solving, creativity in emerging methods like AI.
