Focus on developing event strategies, managing lead generation and reporting, cross-functional collaboration with sales, and end-to-end logistics execution.

What you will do

  • Plan, organise, and execute large-scale marketing events including roundtables, forums, workshops, and webinars to promote brand and services.
  • Track, analyse, and report on event performance against KPIs like leads generated, pipeline influenced, attendance, and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to enable pre- and post-event activities, train sales on objectives and lead qualification.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, vendor negotiation, swag/collateral orders, registration platforms, and communications.
  • Develop local marketing strategies, measurement, and GTM materials in coordination with global teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in running and managing events.
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Proactive, commercially minded, confident working remotely.
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills and customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in Tech Sector or B2B solutions targeting enterprise customers.
  • Self-starter, impact-driven, quick learner, problem solver with strong analytical mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience using HubSpot.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience working in an international organisation.
  • Previously worked in a start-up environment.
