Field Marketing Manager (SaaS): Designing and operationalizing a strategic field marketing motion to generate high-quality enterprise pipeline with an accent on in-person and executive-led engagements. Focus on converting executive visibility into measurable opportunity creation and aligning field efforts with sales priorities.
Location: Remote. Must be able to live and work full-time in the United States or Canada. Priority for candidates who can work within EST or GMT time zones.
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 USD / 100,000 - 130,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Design and execute a revenue-driving field marketing strategy, prioritizing high-impact conferences and executive activations.
- Manage end-to-end execution of industry conferences, curated executive dinners, and proprietary events.
- Partner with leadership to define account priorities and coordinate pre-event activations to maximize meeting booking targets.
- Track and report on meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline influence using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams to integrate field efforts into broader campaigns.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of B2B field, event, or experiential marketing experience within SaaS or enterprise-focused organizations.
- Proven ability to connect in-person engagement to measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and long sales motions.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Experience coordinating field initiatives across North America and EMEA.
- Must be eligible to live and work full-time in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting executive-level speaking engagements and invite-only activations.
- Background in compliance-heavy, legal, tax, or finance-focused SaaS environments.
- Exposure to enterprise contract values in the $100k–$500k+ range.
- Experience with partner-led field initiatives or co-marketing activations.
