What you will do

• Design and execute sophisticated email nurturing campaigns and inbound lead flows within HubSpot.
• Manage the full-funnel lead generation engine to meet MQL and SQL targets.
• Lead end-to-end coordination and physical operation of trade shows and bespoke events.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring event intelligence is accurately captured and uploaded to SFDC.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead hand-off and maintain a strict quality feedback loop.
• Utilize Generative AI content and data-driven insights to maximize marketing ROI.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in marketing operations or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and automation processes.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing technology stacks.
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in London, UK.
