Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 / year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end product experiences from discovery through delivery across multiple product areas.
  • Create efficient and visually refined interfaces for enterprise workflows using the internal design system.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and improve customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems, patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Figma, including components, variants, and auto layout.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex product architecture and workflows.
  • Strong foundation in interaction design and visual aesthetics for enterprise users.
  • Experience with user research and AI tooling (e.g., Figma Make, Lyssna).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
