Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (UX/UI): Designing intuitive workflows for web and mobile claims technology products with an accent on data-driven user advocacy and complex business requirements. Focus on transforming large data sets into insightful visualizations and creating scalable design systems.

Location: Remote, USA-based. Not hiring in New York, California, Hawaii, and Alaska. No visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Design intuitive web apps, portals, and mobile applications through close collaboration with end-users and development teams.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and comprehensive design documentation.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate and refine product interactions.
• Build configuration tools within applications to enhance flexibility.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in user design and research.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, or Abstract.
• Proven experience transforming complex data sets into insightful visualizations.
• Strong mastery of information architecture, interaction flows, and taxonomies.
• Must be based in the USA (excluding NY, CA, HI, AK).
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
