What you will do

• Own UX/UI decisions for the Financial Applications product area from initial concept to shipment.
• Establish designs in Figma and refine interactions and UI details directly in Cursor.
• Collaborate with engineers using Figma MCP to maintain design context during implementation.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude for planning, discovery, ideation, and iteration.
• Contribute to the shared design system, managing variables, tokens, and components in both Figma and code.
• Integrate accessibility and usability quality checks as a standard part of the design workflow.

Requirements

• Experience moving beyond Figma-only design to refine experiences closer to the actual code.
• Proven professional engagement with AI design tools such as Cursor and Claude.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing tooling and workflows.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with engineering teams and advocating for user experience.
• Meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality from keyframes to the final shipped product.
