What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI-native workflows: prompts, agent outputs, streaming, citations, confidence signals, trust cues
• Ship features weekly with PMs and engineers, from Figma to handoff
• Prototype AI patterns (chat, agents, document review, automations) to test ideas
• Extend Figma design system for consistency and scalability
• Conduct regular user interviews with in-house legal teams
• Translate complex legal workflows into intuitive interfaces

Requirements

• 2-5 years product design experience at B2B SaaS/enterprise/workflow company, with end-to-end shipped features in portfolio
• Strong Figma skills, experience with design systems
• Comfortable prototyping in HTML/CSS/JS (or React), technical background preferred
• Sharp visual/interaction design: hierarchy, motion, details
• Fast iteration, ship and learn from users
• Full ownership, proactive problem-solving

Nice to have

• CS degree, coding bootcamp, or self-taught technical skills
• AI/LLM design experience (chat, agents, copilots)
• Fast-growing startup or 0-to-1 product experience
• Legal/compliance workflow familiarity
• Design system work at admired companies (Figma, Stripe, etc.)
