TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Low-code/CRM): Identifying and nurturing leads, prospecting for new opportunities, and setting the stage for client relationships in the low-code automation and CRM market with an accent on qualifying sales opportunities and collaborating with sales team. Focus on generating interest in products, conducting market research, and managing outbound campaigns to build a strong pipeline.

Fully on-site role based in our London office, supporting the UKI region.

What you will do

  • Proactively engage prospective clients, identify and qualify sales opportunities, generate interest in hirify.global’s products.
  • Conduct market research, understand competitive landscape and industry trends in CRM and low-code automation.
  • Collaborate with sales executives and marketing to strategize on lead quality, conversion, and seamless hand-off.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage lead and account data, monitor progress against sales metrics.
  • Develop personalized outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospects.
  • Refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to optimize prospecting success.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software.
  • Proven track record in generating leads, meeting KPIs, driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, Outreach.io.
  • Familiarity with low-code development and CRM trends, understanding business impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for engaging C-level executives.
  • Skills in cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, data analysis, time management.
