TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying potential business customers and booking demos for Account Executives with an accent on cold outreach and market mapping. Focus on converting cold leads into genuine interest using MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies.
Location: Must be based in London, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Stockholm, or Oslo (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in the office)

What you will do
- Engage potential business customers via LinkedIn, Phone, and Email to generate interest and book demos.
- Apply MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies to qualify prospects and ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to create joint account plans and drive company revenue.
- Partner with Marketing to nurture leads through industry reports, events, and outbound content.
- Map target markets to identify ideal customer profiles and buyer personas.
- Utilize and learn AI-driven technology to optimize the sales process.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven commercial B2B experience with success in cold-calling and prospecting.
- Must have existing eligibility to work in the country of application (no sponsorship provided).
- Strong resilience and motivation driven by targets and financial rewards.
Nice to have
- Experience in CCaaS, CX, or related SaaS industries.
- Experience as an SDR/BDR in outbound B2B sales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or Clay Hunter.
- Experience utilizing AI agents or platforms for sales automation.
