Senior Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce): Leading the administration and scaling of the Salesforce platform for a market-leading enterprise with an accent on system architecture, GTM integrations, and data governance. Focus on refactoring technical debt into high-performance Flows and optimizing CRM data architecture to support high-velocity global growth.
Location: Must be based in Washington, DC (in office at least 3 days a week)
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 / year

What you will do
- Lead configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including complex flows, custom objects, and advanced validation rules.
- Act as the primary technical consultant for department heads to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Own the sandbox-to-production deployment lifecycle and overall release management.
- Audit and refactor technical debt by migrating legacy Process Builders and Workflows into scalable Salesforce Flows.
- Optimize CRM data architecture to support global enterprise scale and high-velocity growth.
- Own the health of critical bi-directional syncs between Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of Salesforce Admin experience guiding platforms through various stages of corporate scale.
- Expertise in Salesforce Flow (loops, collections, sub-flows) and knowledge of when to utilize Apex.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (required).
- Familiarity with integration platforms like Workato, Tray.io, or native connectors for HubSpot and NetSuite.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and agentic AI tools, including prompt building and AI governance.
- Must be based in Washington, DC for a hybrid work model (minimum 3 days per week in office).
