What you will do

• Administer the Salesforce platform and implement custom or out-of-the-box functionality to support business units.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs and priorities into a consumable Agile backlog.
• Manage features, epics, and user stories using Jira.
• Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and health checks.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to design and refine technical solutions.
• Mentor other specialists and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience with the Salesforce.com platform.
• Associate Degree.
• Must be based in Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI.
• Experience with Agile Scrum framework and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management software.
