What you will do

• Manage and maintain the NetSuite application, including custom fields, forms, records, roles, and dashboards.
• Develop and deploy customizations and new modules using SuiteFlow to automate and improve business processes.
• Create and manage saved searches, reports, and KPIs for all departments.
• Oversee user access, security roles, and perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
• Manage bi-annual NetSuite releases, including sandbox testing and production rollout.
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party solutions such as Salesforce, Workato, and Zip.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator in both logistical and financial domains.
• Proficiency in creating custom records, fields, forms, and workflows using SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder.
• Expertise in building complex Saved Searches and custom Reports.
• Proven ability to manage data imports and ensure data integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across finance, sales, and operations.
• Must be based in Teaneck, NJ.
