What you will do

• Lead Salesforce projects from planning and requirements gathering to execution and post-implementation support.
• Design and implement new fields, custom objects, validation rules, and advanced process automation flows.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions while ensuring data integrity through regular audits.
• Integrate third-party solutions into Salesforce using APIs to extend platform functionality.
• Create and enhance reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Provide user training, develop documentation, and conduct workshops on Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Must be based in or able to work from Teaneck, NJ.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience working in startup environments.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with data migration projects, including cleansing, mapping, and validation.
• Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
