What you will do
- Configure Agentforce for automation using natural language prompts and Einstein features like Activity Capture and Conversational Insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline pipeline processes, lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting using flows and OOTB features.
- Maintain and scale Quote to Cash journeys in Agentforce Revenue Management.
- Align Salesforce with marketing strategies, supporting automation, journey orchestration, personalization, data segmentation, CRM integration, and campaign analytics.
- Ensure data quality, monitor platform performance, and manage administrative functions including access for joiners, movers, and leavers.
- Conduct user training, identify process improvements, and use reports/dashboards for data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years as Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management or similar billing applications
- Superb communicator able to build stakeholder relationships
- Strategic thinker and pragmatic problem solver
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 Consultant or equivalent experience
- Experience with Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Next) or Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Experience with DevOps tools like Copado
- Experience with Juro (Contract Generation) and Everstage (Commissions) or similar
