TL;DR

Enterprise Regional Director, Southeast (AI SaaS): Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and execute a regional sales plan with an accent on landing and expanding largest accounts in the Southeast. Focus on complex enterprise sales cycles, strategic C-level relationships, and building high-performance sales teams.

Location: Remote, but must be based in the Southeast (Carolinas, Georgia, or Florida).

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan while building out the territory.
  • Build and grow a robust sales pipeline and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and ensure customer happiness and success.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Southeast (Carolinas, Georgia, or Florida).
  • At least 5 years of formal sales leadership experience building and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Significant enterprise sales experience with history of closing complex deals and accurate forecasting.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS/cloud solutions, building C-level relationships, and territory development.
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and analytics; experience with SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives, and Engineers.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, MEDDIC, and Challenger methodologies.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
