What you will do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the US market.
- Own and drive team revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecasting cadence.
- Recruit and retain top sales talent, managing the process from hiring to performance.
- Define and iterate on the US Enterprise Sales motion, from prospecting to deal execution.
- Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to generate and convert pipeline.
- Represent as the face of US Enterprise Sales at industry events and executive briefings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role managing an enterprise sales team.
- Proven track record of exceeding team revenue targets in metrics-driven environments.
- Experience building or scaling sales teams from the ground up.
- Proficiency in value-based sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Ability to operate as a player-coach in the field.
Nice to have
- Experience selling observability, DevOps, or cloud-native infrastructure products.
- Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem.
- Existing relationships with enterprise technology leaders in the US.
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
