Location: Remote position for candidates based in Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, or the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of CSMs and Renewal Reps through hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, and career development.
  • Conduct weekly account reviews, pressure-test renewal strategies, and coach on navigating complex SAP/cybersecurity stakeholders.
  • Refine regional customer journeys, document best practices, and ensure operational excellence with Extreme Ownership.
  • Act as Voice of the Customer for Product and Sales, synthesizing insights into actionable requirements.
  • Personally manage 4-6 high-value flagship accounts, piloting playbooks and ensuring ARR growth.
  • Model gold-standard executive business reviews and commercial ownership for elite accounts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success/Account Management in Enterprise Cybersecurity, ERP, or Infrastructure software
  • 2+ years people leadership managing 5+ individual contributors, with hiring and performance management experience
  • Expertise navigating C-Suite (CISO, CIO, CTO) in Global 2000 organizations
  • Proven commercial track record owning $5M+ ARR and exceeding targets
  • Must be based in Germany, Spain, UK, or Netherlands
