What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms.
• Analyze data using in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and drive scaling.
• Manage and allocate budgets for channels to maximize business impact.
• Generate and implement test ideas to optimize and expand channels.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing Automation, Controlling, and Video Production teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns with proven results
• Interest in expanding to Meta and Microsoft Ads
• Strong organizational skills, tech-savvy mindset, detail-oriented, independent
• Solid understanding of tracking, measurement, and attribution models
• Fluency in English required; Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Swedish a plus; applicants from Spain especially encouraged
• Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery
