What you will do

• Develop and execute data-driven SEA strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to maximize ROI.
• Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing of keywords, ads, and landing pages.
• Plan and scale Paid Social campaigns on Meta to achieve acquisition and engagement goals.
• Analyze campaign data and competitor activity to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and analytics teams to align with marketing objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, BING, and Meta ads.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setting in Munich, Germany.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to adapt to new digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of an additional European language, preferably Polish, Spanish, or Italian.
• Background or passion for the automotive industry.
