What you will do

  • Define and continuously test ICP, value proposition, and competitive positioning through real-market experiments.
  • Build and execute a demand generation strategy to deliver high-quality MQLs that convert to SQLs.
  • Manage all paid marketing channels including Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, while owning SEO and GEO optimization.
  • Lead and develop a team of 5–6 FTEs across performance marketing, content, SEO, and events.
  • Collaborate with Sales and CSM to build enablement materials and drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Develop a comprehensive events strategy for both external acquisition and internal community building.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS or Fintech marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven commercial mindset with a track record of owning revenue or pipeline numbers.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing and outbound automation tools like Clay, Apollo, or HubSpot.
  • Analytical proficiency in Salesforce, GA4, and BI tools for attribution and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin, Germany.

  • Experience in the creator economy, digital education, marketplaces, or PLG-driven products.
