What you will do

• Own North American growth marketing strategy focused on new business acquisition.
• Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns including email, webinars, paid media, events, and ABM.
• Develop ICP and personas to architect effective buying journeys.
• Optimize marketing funnel to improve conversions and reduce CAC.
• Manage regional budget, localize campaigns, and report on KPIs like CPL, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and leadership while monitoring trends and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with focus on demand generation and growth in North American markets, ideally SaaS/tech
• Proven success driving pipeline and revenue.
• Expertise in digital channels, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM (Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with performance reporting and attribution.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
