Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 CAD

What you will do

• Develop strategic analyses, business cases, and execution options to inform long-term business objectives.
• Support strategic planning and board processes through rigorous financial modeling and insight development.
• Contribute to strategic foresight by identifying and synthesizing emerging trends and ecosystem signals.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and inform performance improvements.
• Distill complex ideas into clear messaging to socialize strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior staff on day-to-day work and professional development.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations roles.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others.
