Strategy, Lead (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; flexible hybrid work model. Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.

Salary: CAD 125,000–135,000 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop strategic analyses, business cases, execution options, opportunity sizing, financial models, and operational scenarios.
• Support long-term strategic planning, management decision-making, and board processes through analysis and insight development.
• Identify emerging trends and ecosystem signals, develop foresight scenarios, and connect insights to strategy and planning.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, track performance, and inform operational improvements.
• Distill complex ideas into clear messaging and develop materials for internal and external stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and coach Analysts and Specialists on day-to-day work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, chief of staff roles, strategy development, planning, execution, and analysis.
• Experience interpreting data, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau, as well as project management software.
• Experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others and simplify complex ideas.
