Location: Must be based in Canada. The role follows a hybrid schedule with office presence required in Toronto (until late 2026) and subsequently in Mississauga.
Salary: $146,000–$176,000 CAD annually.

What you will do
- Lead and develop the business continuity team while acting as the primary point of contact for resilience initiatives.
- Establish and evolve enterprise-wide business continuity and operational resilience frameworks.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical services, dependencies, and recovery priorities.
- Oversee the development and testing of actionable continuity and crisis management plans.
- Design and execute simulation exercises, including cyber-incident scenarios, to validate organizational readiness.
- Collaborate with Technology, Risk, and Cyber teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end resilience posture.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in business continuity, operational resilience, or disaster recovery.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience conducting Business Impact Analysis and process mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex operational risks into structured actions.
- Experience working within cross-functional, regulated environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with OSFI expectations (e.g., B-10, B-13).
- Experience with cyber incident response coordination.
- Certifications such as CBCP or MBCI.
