What you will do

• Lead a segment within the Enterprise Customer Value Management organization.
• Drive execution of programs, processes, and methodologies to ensure value realization and long-term customer partnerships.
• Partner with internal delivery leaders and Sales leadership to capture growth and ensure smooth customer renewals.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Enablement, and Marketing to create a unified customer experience.
• Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with customers in the assigned region.

Requirements

• Deep experience leading customers toward value via procurement, finance, and supply chain solutions.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise Customer Success or Client Delivery Leadership.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in Customer Success tools and strategies.
• Track record of successful execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• A mixture of practitioner and consultant experience.
• Must be based in the United States
