What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and enable a team of Implementation Managers.
• Oversee and be accountable for your team's project portfolio.
• Work closely with customers to achieve business goals and promote best practices.
• Partner with Go To Market organization for excellence in service delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS Engineers, Product, and Account teams.
• Meet and exceed department KPIs through data-driven planning and execution.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in UK; proven experience managing Professional Services teams (2+ years).
• Exceptional relationship-building, C-suite communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Expertise in AI Professional Services tools and SaaS implementations.
• Skilled in capacity management, team development, and P&L responsibility.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to thrive under pressure.
