What you will do

• Develop content for global communication, including presentations, newsletters, and SharePoint pages.
• Produce videos, tutorials, and digital learning journeys to support HR initiatives.
• Support change management activities and adoption strategies for global HR projects.
• Take ownership of change management for smaller initiatives from planning to execution.
• Facilitate international meetings and workshops.
• Act as a change ambassador, translating complex HR topics into engaging messages for a global audience.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, HR, Communication, Psychology, or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in digital HR transformation and global collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Very good English skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a dynamic, international environment.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with video or design tools.
