Regional HR Lead, Germany & UK (SaaS)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR lead for the UK, Germany, and European employee population (~100 employees).
• Lead regional employee relations, including performance concerns, workplace issues, and end-to-end investigations.
• Execute core HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys in-region.
• Provide on-demand guidance to managers on team effectiveness, employee development, and people decisions.
• Monitor regional workforce trends and team health to flag risks to global HR and business leaders.
• Shape the regional employee experience and culture while ensuring alignment with global HR practices.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of HR experience with a strong generalist or HR lead background.
• Proven experience handling employee relations and investigations independently.
• Knowledge of UK employment practices and regulations (German regulations are a plus).
• Ability to support multiple business functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to HR.
