What you will do

• Collaborate with account managers to architect and execute technology transformation plans for key prospects and customers.
• Guide customers through evaluations by understanding needs and creating plans for adoption, including change management and training.
• Lead presentations, trials, pilots, and share best practices, coordinating with technical experts.
• Build relationships with C-suite and stakeholders at large accounting firms.
• Bridge customer feedback to product teams and explain roadmap alignment with business needs.
• Work with strategic partners like CPA.com and contribute to conferences, webinars, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
• 5+ years in external audit at public accounting firm, OR designing audit software for national offices, OR customer-facing SaaS role for accounting firms with audit knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Understanding of audit technology and stakeholder needs.
• Strong organization and problem-solving in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Experience with hirify.global, product design, or CRM like Salesforce.
• Project/product management qualifications.
• Deep knowledge of accounting processes and technologies.
