What you will do
- Drive sales through consultative conversations, product demos, and full sales cycle management, collaborating with Marketing, Consulting, and Product teams.
- Build and expand long-term customer relationships to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and growth opportunities.
- Win new customers, secure deals, and grow ARR via upsell and cross-sell in your territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans using cross-functional resources to close opportunities.
- Manage sales pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and meet quota targets.
- Expand network and market presence by engaging key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation for all sales activities.
Requirements
- Strong Danish and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- 2+ years in new business technology or complex solution sales for small to mid-size accounts
- Solid understanding of SaaS business model
- Proven success in winning new customers and expanding accounts
- Experience navigating complex organizations and demonstrating software
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and track record of meeting quotas
- Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and build trust with stakeholders
