What you will do

• Provide disciplinary leadership and development for the Information Systems team and the new Business Applications area.
• Define and implement IT strategy in alignment with the CTO.
• Manage and optimize the fully cloud-based IT infrastructure (Microsoft Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure).
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, specifically ISO 27001 and data protection standards.
• Coordinate IT projects and drive innovation, including the implementation of AI-powered processes.
• Oversee IT budget planning, license management, and vendor negotiations.

Requirements

• German: C1 level required (working language).
• English: B2 level required.
• Must be based in Germany.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead role with disciplinary management responsibility.
• 6+ years of experience with cloud-based Microsoft services (Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure, MS CRM).
• Deep knowledge of IT security concepts and ISO 27001.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI in an in-house IT context.
• Experience managing SAP Public Cloud software.
