What you will do

• Administer and improve Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments including user and access management.
• Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Support authentication concepts such as MFA, Conditional Access, and Windows Hello for Business.
• Manage SaaS application access via Entra SSO and lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to identity, endpoints, and cloud application access.
• Contribute to security initiatives including system hardening and privileged account management.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or completed vocational training in IT systems integration.
• Several years of experience in IT administration with a focus on Microsoft cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts like SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Familiarity with MDM concepts and endpoint protection.
• English proficiency required for international collaboration.
