What you will do

• Manage and maintain modern IT systems, including troubleshooting and L1/L2 support.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and perform independent commissioning of systems.
• Ensure hardware and software operational stability through manual and automatic updates.
• Manage user access for special applications and maintain accurate asset/license inventories.
• Communicate with customers and subcontractors regarding service aspects and incident management.

Requirements

• Master's or Diploma degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
• Professional experience with network servers and operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of switching operations and configuration.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux infrastructure.
• German: C1 level or above is mandatory.
• Must be based in Taufkirchen, Germany.

Nice to have

• CCNA certification.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
