What you will do

• Own a portfolio of concurrent penetration testing engagements across web, mobile, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Lead scoping and pre-engagement discussions with clients to ensure projects are well-defined and realistic.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for multiple active projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing proactive updates.
• Manage scope changes, schedule adjustments, and budget impacts with professional documentation.
• Contribute to the improvement of PMO processes, templates, and operational tooling.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements independently.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to hold scoping and debrief calls with C-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across project lifecycles.
• Must be based in Canada for this remote-first role.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, penetration testing, or infosec consulting.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NIST, or ISO 27001.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
• Background working with technical consultants or engineering teams.
