Salary: 80,000 - 110,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of concurrent penetration testing engagements across web, mobile, infrastructure, and cloud.
- Lead scoping and pre-engagement discussions with clients to ensure projects are well-defined and realistic.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for multiple active projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing proactive updates.
- Manage scope changes, schedule adjustments, and budget impacts with professional documentation.
- Contribute to the improvement of PMO processes, templates, and operational tooling.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements independently.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to hold scoping and debrief calls with C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across project lifecycles.
- Must be based in Canada for this remote-first role.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, penetration testing, or infosec consulting.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NIST, or ISO 27001.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
- Background working with technical consultants or engineering teams.
