What you will do

• Manage the overall delivery relationship and communication with assigned program and project clients.
• Lead the implementation of large enterprise projects with teams ranging from 3 to 10 people.
• Establish and drive program management functions, including communication plans, tracking, and escalation processes.
• Develop and deliver financial reporting dashboards to provide project status to client stakeholders.
• Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints and implement approved workarounds.
• Collaborate with system analysis and project management teams to ensure high-quality software delivery on time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience within a consulting environment.
• Required experience leading Zoom Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementation projects.
• Deep knowledge of at least one technology: Zoom, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9, or Amazon Connect.
• Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• PMP or other Project Management Certification is strongly preferred.
