What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specs and provide market insights.
• Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, build strong slates, and maintain talent pipelines.
• Engage candidates with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner on offer details using compensation data and guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and team members.

Requirements

• German language required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing sector preferred
