• Oversee the full-cycle sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or head of recruitment, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
