What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline management via ATS.
• Manage onboarding workflows, system access, and orientation for new hires.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and contractor HR inquiries globally.
• Coordinate payroll, contractor payments, PTO tracking, and offboarding processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and provide workforce analytics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) — the organization is fully English-speaking.
• Proven experience in recruitment operations and ATS management.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with HR fundamentals such as payroll basics and benefits administration.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy as a self-starter.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR tools like Gusto or Deel.
