What you will do
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across departments.
- Manage offer documentation, pre-joining formalities, and candidate records in ATS/HR systems.
- Create job ads, support content for careers page and social platforms, and coordinate branding campaigns.
- Capture employee stories and organize recruitment events like campus drives.
- Ensure timely candidate communication, smooth interview experiences, and feedback collection.
- Track hiring metrics, prepare status reports, and support analytics for workforce planning.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple roles, attention to detail, and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work independently in a remote work setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
Nice to have
- Experience in creative, marketing, or digital environments
- Exposure to employer branding or social media content creation
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and HRIS/ATS
- HR internship in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
