What you will do

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across departments.
• Manage offer documentation, pre-joining formalities, and candidate records in ATS/HR systems.
• Create job ads, support content for careers page and social platforms, and coordinate branding campaigns.
• Capture employee stories and organize recruitment events like campus drives.
• Ensure timely candidate communication, smooth interview experiences, and feedback collection.
• Track hiring metrics, prepare status reports, and support analytics for workforce planning.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple roles, attention to detail, and stakeholder interaction
• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience in creative, marketing, or digital environments
• Exposure to employer branding or social media content creation
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and HRIS/ATS
• HR internship in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
