What you will do

• Design end-to-end learning experiences across formats including workshops, webinars, and event keynotes.
• Translate coaching and behavioural science concepts into clear learning objectives, narratives, and activities.
• Structure scalable and effective learning journeys using instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with hirify.global Labs, Marketing, and Events teams to build participant journeys for client experiences.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow and contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled coaching experiences.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Strong expertise in designing learning for leadership development, coaching, or human skills.
• Working knowledge of psychological principles and how they translate into behaviour change.
• Background in occupational psychology or behavioural science is strongly preferred.
• AI literacy and experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day work.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, usable learning experiences.
