Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain a library of eLearning assets, interactive modules, video walkthroughs, and onboarding guides.
• Partner with subject matter experts across Product, Implementation, Support, and Customer Success to identify learning needs.
• Continuously improve content quality and consistency to align with product evolution.
• Shape the learning strategy by recommending delivery formats, sequencing, and content frameworks.
• Manage and organize tooling and content within the LMS to ensure discoverability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating learning material for SaaS or other technical software environments.
• Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning approaches.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate, Rise, or Camtasia.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, visual, and jargon-free content.
• Must be based in the US (work visa sponsorship is not available).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with claims platforms or operations-heavy enterprise software.
