TL;DR

People Partner (Tech): Partnering with tech leaders to deliver people strategies that drive performance and scalable growth with an accent on organizational design and change management. Focus on coaching senior managers, implementing performance processes, and ensuring a high-performance culture during rapid scaling.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of the London hub (IRL-first approach: 3 days in-person per week).

What you will do

  • Co-create people priorities with Senior Leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design to align with business goals.
  • Provide coaching and recommendations on org design, high-performance culture, and change management.
  • Implement and manage key people processes, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent planning.
  • Analyze people data and engagement results to diagnose challenges and recommend proactive improvements.
  • Lead functional change initiatives, integration projects, and shifts in operating models.
  • Identify leadership capability gaps and partner with internal functions to create and deliver learning content.

Requirements

  • Experience as a People Partner within fast-growing tech companies.
  • Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders in tech functions (Engineering, Product, or Design).
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, and change management.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of the London hub to support the 3-day in-office requirement.
  • English: Proficiency required as it is the official language of the office.
